<p><strong>To be personally <em>empowered  </em>is to feel super-charged with renewed inner strength and confidence, to actually follow through with the inner goals you dared dream.  Imagine attaining your goals without all the negative inner noise that sets you up for failure.</strong><strong>Let&#8217;s face it &#8212; most of us know our own &#8220;limitations.&#8221;  What we don&#8217;t realize is that some of those limitations could be family folklore that we bought into early on.  Some common examples</strong>
<ul>
<li><strong>you&#8217;re going to be heavy like grandma</strong></li>
<li><strong>we come from the wrong side of the tracks</strong></li>
<li><strong>it&#8217;s spiritual to be poor</strong></li>
<li><strong>life is hard &#8212; it&#8217;s a dog eat dog world</strong></li>
<li><strong>you have to come from money to make money</strong></li>
<li><strong>you have to have a good education to make money</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The list goes on and on.  Before you know it you are unconsciously committed to the destructive <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-fulfilling_prophecy" property="ctag:label" resource="http://rdf.freebase.com/ns/en/self-fulfilling_prophecy" typeof="ctag:Tag" xmlns:ctag="http://commontag.org/ns#" class="zem_slink rdfa" title="Self-fulfilling prophecy" rel="ctag:means wikipedia">self-fulfilling prophecies</a>.</strong><strong>Can it change?  Sure, there are plenty of programs out there designed to set you on the road to success.  But, do you follow through once the initial &#8220;fired-up&#8221; feeling wanes?   Usually not.  In creeps the old feelings and fears.  Before you know it, you&#8217;re back in the same rut, sometimes with even more negative backtalk than before because you or &#8220;It&#8221; failed.  </strong><strong>Recognize yourself here?  </strong><strong>Want a tool to implement personal change for good?  </strong><strong>EFT can do just that.  By teaching you to get in touch with your own negative thoughts and diffusing the negative emotion, your potential is limitless the way it was meant to be &#8212; before life experiences got in the way.  Sounds too good to be true?  Like the story in <a href="http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/1147402-the_muppets_wizard_of_oz" property="ctag:label" resource="http://rdf.freebase.com/ns/en/the_muppets_wizard_of_oz" typeof="ctag:Tag" xmlns:ctag="http://commontag.org/ns#" class="zem_slink rdfa" title="The Muppets' Wizard of Oz" rel="ctag:means rottentomatoes">the Wizard of Oz</a>, Dorothy didn&#8217;t realize she always had the power to get back to Kansas.  It was in her <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ruby_slippers" property="ctag:label" resource="http://rdf.freebase.com/ns/en/ruby_slippers" typeof="ctag:Tag" xmlns:ctag="http://commontag.org/ns#" class="zem_slink rdfa" title="Ruby slippers" rel="ctag:means wikipedia">ruby slippers</a>.  For us, it&#8217;s in our fingertips and it doesn&#8217;t involve magic.</strong><strong>The power within is the key to unlocking all the other programs you&#8217;ve tried.  And &#8220;tapping&#8221; into these powers is the key to unblocking your promise. </strong>
<p style="margin-top: 10px; height: 15px" class="zemanta-pixie"><a href="http://www.zemanta.com/" class="zemanta-pixie-a" title="Enhanced by Zemanta"><strong><img src="http://img.zemanta.com/zemified_e.png?x-id=aaac9a79-e4ab-4ce5-b95d-f102491dc982" style="border-color: initial; float: right; border-width: medium; border-style: none" class="zemanta-pixie-img" alt="Enhanced by Zemanta" /></strong></a></p>

<p><strong>Performance <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Empowerment" property="ctag:label" resource="http://rdf.freebase.com/ns/en/empowerment" typeof="ctag:Tag" xmlns:ctag="http://commontag.org/ns#" class="zem_slink rdfa" title="Empowerment" rel="ctag:means wikipedia">empowerment</a> seems to be the new draw for more and more people nowadays. Looking for ways to increase your performance, be it in sales, sports, relationships, academics - you name it - can lead you up and down many paths as you seek out various approaches to being &#8220;better&#8221;, being &#8220;more&#8221;.  And, many of those approaches will bring results up to a point, and then it&#8217;s time for another plan, another approach because that one didn&#8217;t quite do it for you&#8230;you still know that you can do better, that something is blocking you from your goals.</strong></p>
<p><strong>What if the one thing that is blocking you is your own &#8220;fear of success&#8221; or your &#8220;fear of failure&#8221;? Almost always there are  limiting <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belief" property="ctag:label" resource="http://rdf.freebase.com/ns/en/belief" typeof="ctag:Tag" xmlns:ctag="http://commontag.org/ns#" class="zem_slink rdfa" title="Belief" rel="ctag:means wikipedia">beliefs</a>, the old &#8220;yeah, but&#8221; that follows in your mind whenever you try to change your thinking to a more positive approach.  After all, we&#8217;ve all been told repeatedly that positive thoughts, the <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Power-Positive-Thinking-Norman-Vincent/dp/1416560610%3FSubscriptionId%3D0G81C5DAZ03ZR9WH9X82%26tag%3Dzemanta-20%26linkCode%3Dxm2%26camp%3D2025%26creative%3D165953%26creativeASIN%3D1416560610" class="zem_slink" title="The Power of Positive Thinking" rel="amazon">Power of Positive Thinking</a>, is at the core of all successful approaches to achieving your goals, right?  But try as you might to be consistently positive in your internal statements and images, for most people there&#8217;s always that negative follow-up in your thoughts, the &#8220;yeah, but&#8221; that effectively cancels out the positive.  No wonder the poor <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subconscious" property="ctag:label" resource="http://rdf.freebase.com/ns/en/subconscious" typeof="ctag:Tag" xmlns:ctag="http://commontag.org/ns#" class="zem_slink rdfa" title="Subconscious" rel="ctag:means wikipedia">subconscious mind</a> remains confused and refuses to cooperate.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Those limiting beliefs, those negative self-statements are in need of &#8220;Spring Cleaning&#8221; if you are to make any progress at all on empowering your performances.  It&#8217;s that simple.  No plan, no program of improvement, will ever succeed if you continue to sabotage your efforts.  You must find a procedure that allows you to change the limiting beliefs, and one that is simple to apply, easy to learn, and works!</strong></p>
<p><strong>And that brings us to what I consider to be the Ultimate Spring Cleaning Tool for the mind - EFT, because it meets all those criteria: simple to apply, easy to learn, and it works.  For more information on EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) take a look at our web site at <a href="http://www.efthelp.com" title="EFT Help Website" target="_blank">www.EFTHelp.com</a>.  It&#8217;s Spring Time&#8230;time for beginning to clean up that &#8220;dirty&#8221; mind of its negative hinderances to progress.</strong></p>
