Dirty Brain? Time for Spring Cleaning

Cover of Cover of The Power of Positive Thinking

Performance empowerment seems to be the new draw for more and more people nowadays. Looking for ways to increase your performance, be it in sales, sports, relationships, academics - you name it - can lead you up and down many paths as you seek out various approaches to being “better”, being “more”.  And, many of those approaches will bring results up to a point, and then it’s time for another plan, another approach because that one didn’t quite do it for you…you still know that you can do better, that something is blocking you from your goals.

What if the one thing that is blocking you is your own “fear of success” or your “fear of failure”? Almost always there are  limiting beliefs, the old “yeah, but” that follows in your mind whenever you try to change your thinking to a more positive approach.  After all, we’ve all been told repeatedly that positive thoughts, the Power of Positive Thinking, is at the core of all successful approaches to achieving your goals, right?  But try as you might to be consistently positive in your internal statements and images, for most people there’s always that negative follow-up in your thoughts, the “yeah, but” that effectively cancels out the positive.  No wonder the poor subconscious mind remains confused and refuses to cooperate.

Those limiting beliefs, those negative self-statements are in need of “Spring Cleaning” if you are to make any progress at all on empowering your performances.  It’s that simple.  No plan, no program of improvement, will ever succeed if you continue to sabotage your efforts.  You must find a procedure that allows you to change the limiting beliefs, and one that is simple to apply, easy to learn, and works!

And that brings us to what I consider to be the Ultimate Spring Cleaning Tool for the mind - EFT, because it meets all those criteria: simple to apply, easy to learn, and it works.  For more information on EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) take a look at our web site at www.EFTHelp.com.  It’s Spring Time…time for beginning to clean up that “dirty” mind of its negative hinderances to progress.

Sometimes, I don’t feel that I actually have fear of success and I never though that fear of success actually exists.

I came to realize that when I joined an EFT training. And I’m thankful for it because it helped me address my problems.
